As apart of the Breckstone team, I utilized my skills to develop this proposal for Rose Hill Community Center, located in New Castle, DE. The current Rose Hill facility opened in 1929 as a segregated elementary school, and was converted into a community center in 1980. Due to the existing building's inadequacy to support the community's current and future needs, Breckstone proposed this new facility to be built in its place. It serves to revitalize the surrounding underserved community by providing access to a new, safe, healthy, sustainable, and supportive environment.
